18-year-old man arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana.  He was stopped by CHP for weaving on the freeway and driving with no headlights at night.  He admitted smoking marijuana about an hour before driving.

He faced five years of informal probation,  a criminal record, six-months jail time, a license suspension, a mandatory alcohol and drug education class, fines and fees, and increased insurance costs.

OUTCOME:  We set the case for a motion to suppress evidence which resulted in the case being completely DISMISSED!
